Tim Ryan
Tim began his hospitality career in Las Vegas in 1996 as a busser and barback at a basement jazz bar. Through ambition, hard-work, and a thirst for learning, he rose through every position in a restaurant. Determined to make hospitality his career, in 2001 he became a trainer and opening manager for P.F. Chang’s, where he was captivated by the excitement and joy of opening restaurants. From there, he joined MGM Resorts in 2006 as General Manager of Chef Michael White’s fine-dining Italian restaurant, Fiamma. Tim advanced at MGM Resorts over the next decade to eventually become Corporate Vice President, overseeing all food and beverage operations strategy for MGM Resorts International. In that position, he led the talent and operating strategy for 500 outlets and over $2 billion in annual revenue. His portfolio included a wide range of outlets around the globe, from fast food to Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2019, the Ryans moved to Chicago, where Tim served as COO of Aparium Hotel Group, gaining invaluable experience leading the growth of their independent lifestyle hotels and award-winning restaurant concepts.
A true operator at every level, Tim has opened well over 50 restaurants and bars in addition to 15 hotels and resorts. Tim has an exceptional understanding of every aspect of the restaurant business. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Tim is hardworking, a creative problem-solver, positive, and encouraging — qualities that inspire those who work for and with him. His dream of launching his own restaurant group is now coming to life with EverHaus.
Marisa’s career is defined by her ability to drive growth, build high-performing teams, and translate vision into results across industries. She began her career in retail, where over 15 years she rose from store leadership to multi-unit management, ultimately overseeing 15 locations across three states, Marisa developed deep expertise in operations, workforce management, talent development, brand standards, and customer experience—skills that consistently fueled performance at scale.
A natural connector and strategic salesperson, Marisa is known for aligning people around a shared vision and moving ideas from concept to execution. In 2016, she pivoted into real estate, earning her license and building a high-performing team that closed over $40 million in annual sales. In that role, she led brand strategy, established operating systems, recruited and mentored top talent, and drove business development through relationships, positioning, and trust.

Tim brings decades of hands-on operational leadership across restaurants and hotels, while Marisa brings a strategic, relationship-driven lens rooted in brand building, business development, and growth. Together, they offer a rare balance of insight and execution—pairing operator fluency with clarity, structure, and momentum.
